This part of my practice covers individual counselling, couples counselling, parent-teen counselling or several types of group therapy.
Most clients begin by sharing their story and concerns. This naturally brings some clarity and sometimes is the first time that clients have used words to understand what is happening within them.
I combine psychotherapy with Mindfulness, Experiential and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies to help you feel better and reach your goals.
From here, we can both decide on the best methods to assist with healing and a positive forward motion.
